This group will follow an 11-week program of study, meditation, and practice that focuses on an in-depth look at the Chachakka Sutta, or “The Six Sets of Six” (Majjhima Nikaya 148). The goal of the course is to get a deep understanding of all factors of sense experience and non-self both intellectually and experientially. Each course session will include reading Bhikkhu Bodhi’s translation of the discourse; hearing his explanation of it via YouTube; doing practical meditations and exercises; and group discussions. All necessary course materials will be provided. More details are available in the course syllabus.

Princeton Insight Meditation is offering this course free of charge and will provide access to all necessary text materials. It is suitable for all levels of meditators including beginners.

Those who are able to commit to the full 11-week program of study and practice will benefit the most from the course. However, drop-ins are welcome.
