Listening to the Music of the Mind: Meditation Practice and the Buddhist Understanding of the Mind will be a three-hour workshop in which Andrew Olendzki will use musical practice as a metaphor for meditation practice and the Buddhist understanding of the mind. It will take place on Saturday, September 29th, from 10:00am to 1:00pm at Princeton University. The workshop will include lecture, discussion, and periods of meditation (both guided and silent).

The workshop is open to the public and is suitable for anyone with interests in Buddhism, meditation, and the workings of their own mind. There is no charge for the workshop, although donations for the teacher are encouraged and will be accepted at the event.
