Princeton Insight Meditation was founded in 2005 as an informal group of Buddhist insight meditation practitioners who wanted to have the support of regular group practice. Our sangha has grown over the years and the connections between our members have deepened and strengthened. We have a weekly sitting group on Mondays in Princeton, monthly workshops at Princeton Center for Yoga and Health, and quarterly day-long retreats. In 2017 we incorporated as a nonprofit in the state of New Jersey to become Princeton Insight Meditation, Inc. It is our hope that our community of practitioners will grow along with the kinds of support and opportunities for practice that we can provide.
